The many years of experience offered by the technicians in the Collin® Service Department ensure reliable support and advice when you have technical questions about your machine. They follow the machines from in-house acceptance at the factory through commissioning and training at the customer. In the event of problems or malfunctions, a technician is available at any time on short notice without needless "red tape".

With our preventive maintenance program, downtime can be reduced and the service life of the machine increased.
Our calibration service offers not only the benefits of continually optimized equipment; instead, it ensures that the equipment complies with the requirements of ISO 9001.
Collin® has representatives with on-site technicians almost everywhere in the world. They provide the first point of contact when you have technical questions or are experiencing a malfunction. In this way, "on-site service" is available when you need it.
Maximum spare parts availability guarantees rapid delivery to your facility for an immediate solution to your technical problem.

Thanks to newly developed software for remote diagnosis, existing problems can be analyzed quickly and possibly even be corrected immediately. This frequently eliminates the need for an on-site service call completely. Your benefit: cost savings as well as shorter response times when problems occur, thus ensuring optimal equipment utilization.
Updates and added control system functionality can be handled via remote service.
