| TEACH- LINE ® Cast Film Line |
Type CR 72 T A 3-roll unit with an upper, pneumatically pivoting calendering roll permits simulation of cast film or sheet production. Depending on die position, the line can be used for polishing and laminating as well as for casting. Line speed is variable from 0.5 m/min to 14 m/min. Maximum die width is 120 mm. |

| TEACH-LINE ® Strand Pelletizer |
Type CSG 171 T The CSG 171 T strand pelletizer is the universal piece of equipment for pelletizing 1 to 2 polymer strands. Accurate speed adjustment, the wide range of control and the precise cutting gap make this unit the optimal tool for pelletizing small amounts of material (between 0.1 kg/h and 10 kg/h). A polycarbonate window permits direct viewing of the pelletizing process. |

| TEACH-LINE ® Blown Film Line |
Type BL 50 T This Collin ® blown film line can produce single-layer as well as coextruded film (max. 5 layers). It is intended for demonstration and testing the properties of polymers and polymer mixtures. Properties tested include opacity, extension, max. blow-up ratio, homogenizing capability of the screw and much more. Specific features include a vertically adjustable haul-off , a separately driven winder and a cooling blower incorporated into the machine base. |

| TEACH-LINE ® Monoaxial Stretching Line |
Type MDO-AT and MDO-BT Collin ® bench-top stretching lines are designed for orienting film, tape and monofilaments. The line features modular construction and has an infeed or holdback module (MDO-AT), a stretching and haul-off module (MDO-BT), and is thus suitable for short-gap stretching. For long-gap stretch- ing of tape, an oven (hot air, IR) can be set up between the AT and BT modules. The galettes feature individual temperature control. Line speed is variable from 0,8 m/min to 50 m/min. |

| TEACH-LINE ® Tubing Lines |

|
Tubing calibrator Type VKT 1000 T and Tubing haul-off Type BAW 130 T Tubing production requires an extruder, e. g. E 20 T, a tubing die, a calibrator and a tubing haul-off. The extruder supplies melt to the VKT 1000 T calibrator through the die. Control of vacuum and the water recirculating rate permit settings for a wide range of tubing diameters (max. 8 mm) and speeds. A combination haul-off, shifting unit and winder (BAW 130 T) ensures precise haul-off conditions and winding under very low tension.

| TEACH-LINE ® Flat Film Line with Optical Inspection |
Type CR 144 T and CC 30/30 In addition to the combination CR 72 T polishing stack, a stand-alone chill roll is available for producing thin films (20 to 150 µm). Attaching an optical inspection unit consisting of an intense light source and line camera, creates a system for detecting flaws such as black spots, holes, gels and other defects in film. Comprehensive, user-friendly software helps with evaluation of the data collected. |

| TEACH-LINE ® Multi- layer Lines |
3-layer blown film line The TEACH-LINE® cast film, blown film and pipe extrusion lines can be expanded to create multi- layer systems . The film structure can contain up to five different layers . In this way , it is possible , with minimal material usage , not only to test the processability of new materials , but also to subject the behavior of the multi- layer film to numerous investigations. These lines offer a wide range of capabili-ties for rapid product development of multi- layer film in a laboratory or technical center . |
